Cambiati inspired breakfast

Look at this yummy Cambiati inspired breakfast!  It is a simply, savvy breakfast.  Mix two eggs with a little water.  Scramble the eggs in some olive oil.  Once cooked removed and saute 3 mushrooms, a handful of spinach and some sliced tomatoes.  While cooking, sprinkle on some seasoning such as 21 spice (from TJs).  Once cooked, add to eggs.  This whole process takes only a few minutes!  Yum!
